This interlocking crimped wire mesh is manufactured with professional pre-crimp production craft, which differs greatly from traditional single-layer plain wire mesh. Both warp and weft wires form interlaced corrugations to lock each other, bringing enhanced structural stiffness, uniform stress distribution, superior wear resistance and load bearing capacity.

Different raw materials are available to meet various working environments: low carbon galvanized wire for general isolation protection; 304 & 316 stainless steel for damp and corrosive working sites; high manganese steel wire for heavy-duty stone and coal screening.

Finished mesh has flat surface and fixed aperture to guarantee stable screening accuracy. Widely exported to mining, agricultural, construction and food processing sectors. We support customized rolls, flat panels and edge binding. All specifications such as wire gauge, aperture, width and length can be made according to clients’ drawings, compatible with various vibrating screens, protective frames and breeding facilities.
